Lawrence recently came out with the Rush Hour: Best of 2015 compilation — out on Pharmacy Music — two and a half hours of the Trace excellence that we have grown to expect from Christopher Lawrence. The collection is Psy-Trance journey, featuring 29 continuous tracks from himself and other well-known Trance powerhouses such as Solarstone, Ace Ventura, Astrix, & Vini Vici, along with plenty of great tracks from lesser known artists.

From the very opening song, I was immediately launched into the blissful world of Trance to which he has been such a huge contribution. I began to venture fourth into his Psy-trip — that could have been designed for listening to on road trips… or for space travel. My blood seemed to flow a little faster, the hair on my neck stood up and I had goosebumps.

In humble fashion, Lawrence does not grace us with his track “Unbroken (Sonic Species Remix)” until the beginning of second hour. His only production on the compilation, he gives a chance for other artists flourish on the mix — simultaneously paving way for partnership within the Trance community, and keeping audiences amped and ready for more.

This mix will definitely find itself getting plenty of plays from whoever comes across it. Prepare your ears for audio highs you may not be normally used. Listening to the Rush Hour: Best of 2015 compilation might raise your heart beat to 140 BMP.
