Your Pharmacy prescription has arrived with a new single on Christopher Lawrence’s very own label. The new single is a new one from the man himself and backed up by one of the electronic dance scene’s biggest legends Talla 2XLC with Robert Burian. Not content with that for company he’s always gone in house and picked out the very talented Sean J Morris who drops in with his remix. You don’t need any sort of introduction on what Christopher Lawrence has done for the trance scene over the past two decades as he continues to push the underground sound through clubs all over the world. His new single has a hint of what to expect in the title, it’s a bit of a banger. All you need to do is light it and set it off, so lets do it.

‘Tremor’ is a full on joyride of pumping beats from start to finish. Wrapping around buzzing bass lines with a mad acid line underneath this is full throttle all the way from Christopher Lawrence. His trademark sound is all to hear with the riff that drives through the track. Maybe this is not as Psy styled as his previous releases but it’s got that big room Lawrence sound to it with an epic break and build up. This is no uplifting trance record but a full on up tempo progressive joyride of underground sweeps and beats. It’s hard not to get the fist pumping to the hug riff that surrounds the melodies here and to get caught up with the acid hooks bubbling underneath.

On the remix side of things you’ve a German icon in Talla 2XLC knocking heads with Robert Burian for slightly different blended approach. The lead has been cleaned up and no so much focusing on the bass line but getting your attention with the thumping kick drum. The pace has only been knocked down a touch but this is still a fairly aggressive mix keeping the main melody intact to a degree but just adding a slightly different angle on it. Sean J Morris on the other hand just gets stuck into the energy of the original and drops his beats and percussion right on top of it. Bursting with pace, energy and an addictive lead hook and key that will knock your socks off. The break is expanded and drops out a curious little melody before hitting you full on with the main one. Playing with the beats and wrapping up a drum roll before dropping back the main hook and thunderous percussion. Once again, Sean has captured a lot of energy with his remix here and for me another thumbs up!

Conclusion:

This is the kind of tune that makes you want to dim the lights, turn the speakers up and start going mental to! Huge sound from Christoper Lawrence with a stunning remix from Sean J Morris and a top draw one from Talla 2XLC & Robert Burian. The vibrations ‘Tremors’ set off will leave you itching for more.
