Deathmind & Choval – Still Blazing out on Beatport

Deathmind or, Deathm1nd as he was called in the beginning, was a successful DJ & promoter in the early 2000’s throwing his own event Riseup! and playing clubs like Pacha, Crobar, Big One !!, Bahrein and Creamfields as well as sharing the decks with the cream of the trance world. After a series of extremely successful releases on A State Of Trance, Nukleuz, Essential Recordings, Couture, Tetsuo Music, Fraction, Diverted Music & Soundpiercing he met his collaboration partner Choval.

Choval began his DJ career in 2000 as part of a new generation of DJs who were forming the Buenos Aires underground scene. After traveling the globe as a DJ, Choral returned to Buenos Aires to begin promoting his own parties as well as producing his own music. Shortly after he teamed up with Deathmind and this collaboration has become the foundation of a successful production team.

It was destiny that brought this incredible production team of Deathmind and Choval together. Their debut release on Pharmacy Plus titled Still Blazing is nothing short of spectacular and has caught the attention of DJs from Eddie Bitar and Giuseppe Ottaviani, to Heatbeatt and Talla 2XLC. The pumping kick and bass sit perfectly together as tight percussion gives the rhythm an added boost. But it is the melody of the track that gives it the energy. Epic but not euphoric, this track has power and emotion. We can’t wait to see what this amazing duo have in store for us on their next release.
