Bionic music is the alter ego of techno powerhouse Nick Grater. Nick has been a champion of the South Africa techno scene for nearly two decades as the man behind the infamous Teknotribe events pushing techno and psy to the outer limits. He is also label boss of multiple labels and toured the world alongside techno and trance legends including Adam Beyer, Chris Liberator, D.A.V.E. the drummer, Eskimo, Infected Mushroom, GMS (Growling Mad Scientists) and Astrix. Now Nick Grater has turned his talents to the world of Psy Trance where he has found his passion ignited once again.

Bionic’s first release on Pharmacy, Believe, is a dynamo of a track, clearly showing off Bionic’s understanding of the power of techno combined with psy trance. The pounding bass gives rise to an epic melodic breakdown. Believe is full of energy and emotion with an aggressive undercurrent to pound any dance floor into a frenzy.

With Space Time Continuum, Bionic takes his production talents further into the realm of psy with a rolling bass line and more refined sounds.
